I plug my old 3,5" ata drive into it and make some tests:
    - 1920x1080p full hd 21,000kbps bitrate work very very good, cpu usage was 50-60%
    - 1280x720p hd - cpu usage was 25-30%
    - 3dmark 2003 - 2052

    power cosmuption:
    idle 39-41W
    load 64-66W (othos prio 8)

    that's amazing

So tiny that, in my mess of a place, I'd probably lose it somewhere underneath the rubble.

I made case for my friend and personally I used it only for one week, so I was too lazy to mount 4 screws for fans instead if 2 works good

What are your stats of the new zotac build? I've always considered doing a super small build like that. I thought I'd be limited to something like a SUGO SG05, but looking at what you did, a q6600 is probably overkill for anything I do besides gaming & such.

Also, I assuming you're using some external dvd drive, eh?
    You must [not] advance.

Do you have a guide or links to sites where you got info on how to make such cool acrylic cases?
