    P5E3 NON DELUXE Mods

I actually got this board by accident and wanted the P5E3 DLX, but ah well...
I figured id give this board a try for now.

I dont know how to find mods myself, so I figured id go ahead and at least post some pics and find all the spots to measure the voltages from.

Soldering on the front is a bit annoying and some spots are really hard to get to without taking the heatsink solution off and even then its annoying, so i just went ahead and tracked all the voltages at the back of the board where soldering takes seconds

Take all of this with a grain of salt, dont blame me for killing your hardware yadda yadda etc :P

nb gtl for doesnt change when setting a different nb gtl multiplier in BIOS, but it does track with vfs/vtt... so i suspect the board actually doesnt have a nb gtl setting, at least not a working one :/

Here are all the reading points for:

    Vcore
    CPU GTL
    PLL voltage
    Vfsb/VTT
    vMCH
    NB GTL
    vFSB "swing"
    Vdimm
    Vdimm VTT

    have fun

If anybody could help me find the vmods thatd be great
Joe_cool already found vdroop but im not really interested in that...
Im looking for the following mods:

    vmch
    nb gtl
    cpu gtl
    vsfb/vtt
    vdimm
    vfsb "swing"

personally i dont care but i think a lot of people are looking for the vcore and vcore ovp mod

here are some pics that might help, i also marked voltage reading points in case it helps or somebody doesnt want to turn the board around or solder reading wires to the back of his board like i did

thanks, vdroop is def usefull when using quad cores, it seems vcore drops down to 1.63/1.64 when set to 1.70v in bios, lol

No mods at all. I really need the Vdimm mod.

Maybe we'll be able to work something out together... The picture below shows the Vdimm IC. It's totally identical with the Vnb IC. The green marked area is also identical around the Vnb IC, the yellow points are ground. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a datasheet of the part... I already spent two hours of measuring and penciling around.

My new Cellshock memory doesn't work, cause default Vdimm is to low (1,51V).
