now winrar results is something we dont see everyday but is more real world than all those other tests.

what about something like a dvd rip and divx conversion.
rip the dvd and convert it to divx or xvid and compare it to the 920 or FX.

thats where we start to get into the real world application benchmarks.

these core duo chips are just godlike, and exactly what we pc lovers have been waiting for for a long time.

sounds like its time the hard drive world start making hard drives to dump data a little faster.

Victor, your Tras of 1 is killing you...set this to 8 or 9. Lower is not always better. Also, see if you can get your Read Delay (tRD) down to 5 or even 4....BIG help on DDR2.

Round up a bit because of memory and DDR2 and you can call is FX62 versus Conroe XE.
