    not gonna happen man..
If you had some Old Micron -D perhaps but lately not a chance in hell...
right now your best bet is one of two things.. Find someone with Micron -D and buy it from them or get CE-5

I'm taking off my HS today, ganna find out if my sticks are really micron -D, though results point in that direction anyways.

EDIT: Nvm, its too hard taking them off w/o breaking something.

2.5-3-2-6@260 is possible for Infineon/Aeneon. Probably less than 3% of all sets will do that though

Many will do 3-3-2-5/6 though, which would actually perform better than the 2.5-3-3-7 you requested.. check out the Mushkin DDR500 3-3-2-5 set, I hear they've been doing well recently

    I'm running Muskin redline @ 260 3-3-2-5-7-13-2-2-2-3 6.5ns/4.5ns. get 2984mb/s in memtest on 4400+, 3674mb/s on 3800+, 3206mb/s on Opty 148, and 3448mb/s on venice. seems about the same bandwidth as 2x512mb bh-5 @ 250 2-2-2-5.

Sticks are ce-6 based, and i got one of the better sets i have seen. CE-5 tends to go a bit faster, and i have seen lots of BE-5 doing 2.5-3-3-x @ 260.
