What memory divider are you using?
I can see you have G. Skill memory which has a default 400mhz but youre using it lower than that.

Is that because of your HTT?
Cant you try the next divider so that you get a better score (yes, even more)?

Yes.
For example.
Youre using a 100 divider now.
So, why dont you try 125?

I can see your memory is rated at 400mhz and it for sure it can overclock a little more. Lets say 420mhz or it depends on your IC.

Try 125 divider to get 210 mhz
Try 133 to get 222 mhz
Try 140 to get 236mhz or if you can even
150 to get 150mhz

What is the exact complete model name of your RAM?
Do you know its IC?

BTW, changing your memory dividers to another better setting could give you SuperPi1M 22.xxx segs I think.

The max Mem clock is around 260-265 Mhz 2-2-2-5 and 255MHz 1,5-2-2-5

Then, you could try a 140 or even 150 divider.
That would give you a bost on your memory and you would score a better bench in SuperPi
