Nope. You'll need 1 PS for each TEC.

12v@48A if you want to wire the TECs in parallel, or 24v@24A if you want to wire the TECs in series.

What's the project? If you are doing a SLI or crossfire TEC cooling, I'd go series which would mean less wiring mess.

I'd als go for a single PSU system if you can, it's just cleaner.
