I am now a happy owner of a Cascade from Kayl.

On right cascade, left is SS. I know my picture sucks but its cause I don't have a tri pod for my camera, hence I move it 1mm and the shot is ruined. Also the batteries are low, which normally means bad pictures in this camera. The SS in on a cabinet so I can wheel it around

well yes alot more than my wife, but not quiet as much as me

Managed to do the last part of the build, vacuum and charge the unit,
no load heads are around -103c and first stage -42c.
Still alot more work to do before the cascade is 100% finished, ill use it the way it is for now to get some load testing done. Then later do the electrical wiring correctly and install a gfroster controller to monitor the temps.

cascade is up and benching. Needs some tunning though not enough flow to the graphics card heads.
-98 for the cpu head and -40c for the gpu heads.
Not bad temps though for testing benching

Wait do you mean -40C on ethylene?
That doesn't sound like you've got any flow that direction at all.

If you have a cooling question or concern feel free to contact me.

ya said it. i started off long, shortened tonight, 30cm off each line
i wanted max flow to the cpu head, not too worried how cold the gpus get.
lets see how it goes this time round

Not having much luck, this 3 head cascade is turning out to be a pain in the but.
After changing the lines and putting it all together again the cpu head couldn't hold load and was falling into the positive temps with heavy load
the gpu heads one on a graphics card and the other on the load tester were holding around -85c after a vantage 3dmark bench.
i pulled it apart to check the capillary line feed to fine that one was a little longer than the other 2, this would expalin why it couldnt hold load on the cpu head.
good point for other builders to note, as it will starve that line of refrigerant.
Second stage pressures are getting quiet high though with system all loaded, first stage isnt holding the load too well. THe condenser is too small and the case cant fit a bigger condenser
Looks like this cascade might have to be turned into a single head cascade

Do you mean the cascade above was your first or the first pc cascade ever?

What were your pressures with -85c gpu heads?

    e8500: 5830 mhz (dice)

    Thanxs noob

Cant remember now last time i picked up the blow torch, but it felt really good to do it again, especially first build back being a cascade.
Heres a start to my final cascade...
