Fans on rad, blow air to the rad or suck air out of it?

What's the most efficient way to cool a rad, to set the fans so they would blow air through it or so they would suck air out of it?

I thought blowing would be more efficient, but someone told me that sucking can bring the temps down 2C. Is this true? And Why?

Mine are blowing into it and working great. (2) 120mm Yate Loons into a Dual BIX xflow and ambient at 76F and max load with Rosetta only at 37C. Cool and quiet.

I'm pretty sure the difference between them is minimal, but thast just based on my BIX; yet the general consensus is that Pulling is best; unless your using a PA160 in which Pushing is slightly beter.

it doesn't make much difference either push or pull, use either one that benefits airflow to your case
