I picked up a 2gb patriot kit for $135 over at newegg, it turns out to be Aeneon AED93T500. Has anyone played with this stuff? I've been able to run it at ddr500 at 3-3-3-8 at ~2.8-2.9V but it's a touch unstable.

I just bought some Mushkin Redline PC4000 from Newegg which I read have the same Aeneon AED93T500 chip. I will report as soon as I receive them.
