Very very nice, imagine how it would look with this almost invisible insulation gel:

"Thermodynamics is a funny subject. The first time you go through it, you don't understand it at all. The second time you go through it, you think you understand it, except for one or two points. The third time you go through it, you know you don't understand it, but by that time you are so used to that subject, it doesn't bother you anymore".
Where's the insulation???? LOLOriginally Posted by pythagoras

I can get the polifan in different colors, so you can get red, blue or even fosforescent green hehehe
Is that a photoshop image or is that actually insulation?? I would buy 1 of these things with that insulation, would be amazing!!

You'll have to steal that aerogel from JPL/NASA!
I had the fastest 32M Opteron time for about 1/2 day, and I'm damn proud of it
No photoshop. And inch of that is equivalent to 20 panes of glass with argon inbetween each pane.
Heres an order form for you SS

aerogel is 98.8% gas, its sometimes called solid smoke. It made by using supercitical fluids.
its also being used in the stardust program by nasa. You can search for particals collected in the aerogel.Nasa is lookin for voluntiers stardust@home I posted a link a while ago in the chat section

Do you wanna Play Thermodynamics ???????? I forgot "you must"
Hey John
Can you borrow me some money to get 10kg? lol
Really incredible stuff, I will start using it in my next spaceship
Just make sure you stay away from the Nickel-Alumina and Carbon based.
The silica gel should look wild under 580-620nm.
sSilencer. How did you polish the Acrylic.?
955 @ 5362 MHz on DD RBX @ 1.58v
P5WD2-E Vcore mod, Vdim mod.
8000ul @ 4,3,3,8 1170MHz @ 2.7v
ATI 1900xtx, modded DDx18 / Modded EXOS II w/ Alphacool 1510
Zippy 6850P
Well, I'm not the one that polished it, and @itor likes to keep some secrets

vapor polishing can be dangerious because of the chemicals but optical quality can be obtained.you can mechanical polish (buff) anything.
