Rheo Hookup

Need instructions for hooking rheostat to fan.

cut red wire... hook one end to an ouside link on the stat, then loop a short wire from the middle link to an outside link then with that link with the loop - wire that up to the wire connected to the fan.

Sorry bro that make no sense. The rheo is already wired 1 to outside and 1 to middle looped to other outside. Now the fan has a 4 pin molex with red and black wire going to it and a blue wire going to a seperate 3 pin connector. How do i connect fan to the 2 wires from rheo.

the rheo only connects through the red wire

black and blue wires are never cut.

ok picture this when looking at the back of it..


x y z <-- the pulgs for connecting


cut the red wire on molex end of red wire hook it to Z


on fan end of red wire hook to X and loop a small piece to connect X and Y


all done
