    Help on Tweaking/OCing

I recently did a benchmarking on 3DMark2001SE and found that I
was only getting a 10897 Benchmark, but the average for a
system like mine seemed to be around 14000-16000 (one's that
    isn't overclocked to hell)

I'm using (shown from Futuremark's Website):
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Pro
    DirectX Version: 9.0
Mobo Manufacturer: AOpen (Although I'm getting
a new EpOX within the week.)
    Mobo Model: 1294
    AGP Rates (Current/Available): 2x / 1x 2x (All it supports)
    CPU: Athlon XP+ 2003 MHz
    FSB: 133 MHz
Memory GeIL PC3200 w/ Copper Heat Spreader 512 MB
Graphics Chipset: ATI RADEON 9700/9500 Series
    Driver Name: RADEON 9700/9500 SERIES
    Driver Version: 6.14.01.6255
    Video Memory: 128 MB

My ATI also is using a Thermaltake made cooling device with
heatsink and fan, using Thermaltake Volcano 7 CPU Fan, and a
    couple of normal fans.
    --------------------------------------------------
And I was just wondering if there are maybe some Tweaks or
Overclocking I can do (without buying anything else) to raise my
benchmarks up to a more normal level for this type of system
    (which is around 14000-16000).

If I didn't give enough info just yell at me or something in the
    replyed posts.

    Thanks.
