Can do (with a fast test - not search it for more YET) Cpu-z Validated, 400MHz(800MHz DDR) at Cas 3 - 2 - 2 - 1 and fast settings....

I have reached them up to 408MHz till now with those settings and climbing....

EDIT: Get them now where are still in stock coz afterwords it will be too late.... I'll get another pair for sure just to have backups.....

Dammit, my old Corsair 5400UL sticks run like a bat out of hell on this D975XBX "Bad Axe" motherboard

My old record was done on Asus P5WD2 Premium, and the sticks maxed out at 481MHz 4-2-2-2 / 2.65V (SuperPI 1M stable).

On Bad Axe they are 3d stable atleast 469MHz 3-2-2-1 with less voltage (2.5V).

    3DMark2001 loves the bandwidth

I think you might be right. B6 does look alot like elpida but what sets them apart is the capped ring around the edge of the IC itself. You can clearly see it in the first picture and not in the second which is why I thought it might be B6

However if he is only getting 500 @ 2.4v that is definatly *not* B6

I just bought a couple of kits of this:

    BALLISTIX DDR2 512/1024/2X512/2X1024 - 8000 1000@5-5-5-15 2.2V Micron B6-3

It hasn't arrived yet so I am assuming it is the new B6-3

    I will be putting it on a p5wd2 with a 920 or a 930 (depends how my latest cheap 920 OC's)

I am wondering how well this B6-3 stuff responds to increased vddr? similarly to D9 fatbodies?

I have several other D9 fatbody 1 gb kits on other folding rigs (mushkin 6400, corsair 5400 ul, ocz 4200eb?) but have never done any vddr mods.

I am thinking i might want to mod my p5wd2, -p and -E's to take better advantage of these. They are all folding rigs and are 724.

    Any comments?

    Thanks

Hipro, need your help, i have come across of some Balistix 6400, i am quite sure they are D9, but they just don't perform as D9s.
I have Aopen i975Xa-YGD, with vdimm, so is there possibility that VTT isn't set correctly. I know you have done this mod.

VTT follows the Vdimm on AOpen mobo......I've mod it so as to feed the Rams with more VTT that 1/2 of Vdimm, but it doesn't seems to help a lot.....maybe a little bit.....BUT it's not that easy to mod the VTT on AOpen.....It involves of a tracing cut near the ICL chip......

Can your Rams do @ 400MHz with 2.35Vdimm and 4-3-2-4.....?....If yes, thn they are OK.....Push them with more Vdimm....At 2.5Vdimm, mine do 398MHz with 3-2-2-1.....Test it...

First post updated as i can...

Thanks Trident for the idea with the photos...

Correct me if i am somewhere wrong...centon will be added when i will get rest a little...
When Mercedes brought their C111 to Talledega years ago and blew away the closed course record did it count? Yes..
That was a "factory" car and a "one of" that no one could buy and was never sold.
Records are records and that is a fact so get over it.
