Just put this board in last week. I'm currently using a pait of the 1 gig ZX chips in this board. I just saw you post here today. Battlefield 2 has randomly crashed back to the desktop, no error or warning. EA games said it was a ram problem. Well, I was running it at 1T, could that have been it? I know this stuff is rated to run 1T, were you not able to get it to run stable at 1T?
I ordered a pair of the 2x1gig HX chips today, to arrive Monday. I scanned your post, but am hoping to get a little more insight as to why the timing differences between the two sets on thid particular board. Will the HX's work out better for me on this board? Did I waste my money?
Anything you can tell me will really help! Thanks.

Thanks. I got the HX's in and they are awesome. I can run the settings from your post here 100% stable. With support like this, I doubt I'll ever be getting a different brand of memory.
    Outstanding support, thanks!

    HZ @ 265/1T 3-4-3-8 with 2.4v

I'm able to run my F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ kit at 265/1T 3-4-3-8 with 2.4V (2.5v-100mV) on my AN8 Ultra. That's the lowest I could set the ram voltage There's probably 20-30 more mhz left for FSB increase, this is 2.4v 24/7 stable

This stuff is awesome, I'm a very happy customer.

for all the AN8 ultra people, I noticed a couple of buggy bios settings.

Idle cycles is always 16 no matter what you set it to, best to leave it alone.

Setting MAL on my board to anything but Auto or 10ns causes the machine to not boot at all. If I leave MAL on auto I get the default 7.0ns - if I set MAL to 10ns I get 8.0ns, it's weird. 8.0ns is the sweet spot for my UCCC so I feel lucky here

Setting Trtw to 3t in the bios gives 4t in windows, I didn't test lower settings.

pps: I highly recommend tictac's modded R20 bios for the AN8 ultra, setting Tref to 15.6us and R/W Queue bypass at 16x allowed me to run my ram stable at 265 1T with 2.4v - with the stock bios I could barely do 265 1T at 2.8v. Plus all of the DDR memory dividers are unlocked, yay.
