Does OCZ still "laser" their memory chips?

    Recall:
    http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=1843&p=6

OCZ internal document for PC3700 Gold said average of 23Mhz improvement by removing tiny layer of the package material with laser.

If OCZ isn't continuing to do this, I just might get out the old file and sandpaper and try it myself

would probably depend on the chips.. specificly whether that top layer was acting as an insulator or not.

All along the watchtower the watchmen watch the eternal return.
