incorrect. i have some jedec PCB sitting in my rig running at a cool 250mhz at 2-2-2 with 3.2v

nismo, nice mfg date on those. a few weeks newer than mine. i've seriously been considering trying to poke about to see if i can find some crucial value with 5b F on it.. i'm hoping micron has cancelled the production of D by now.

if it makes you feel better, i've been pushing these sticks really hard, using >3v in some cases, and they've been holding up for almost a month and a half now.

Yea, Teem doesn't have any of it in the US right now. However, as I mentioned in another thread, we did call them today and they're trying to ship us some from thier plant in Taiwan. I've already got a pending order for them as it is. You're welcome to place an order now, we will be getting the memory to fill them - it just depends on when Teem can ship it to us.

I also have 3 other kits coming in:

    PC4800 DDR600MHz. 2*512MB (TCCD) 2.5-4-4-8 TXDR1024M600HC25DC

    PC3200 DDR400MHz 2*512MB 2-2-2-5 TXDR1024M400HC2DC

    PC4000 DDR500MHz 1GB*2 3-4-4-8 (Samsung) TXDR2048M500HC3DC-S

That I will be using for testing/benching. I'll let you guys know what happens

I doubt it will take that long. If they are physically available in Taiwan, I'm sure our rep will get them shipped out ASAP. He's pushing hard for us to become a big reseller for them (I'm not complaining) so I imagine he'll try his best to get this stuff in our hands. If I had to guess, I'd estimate we'll have them within 7-10 days. Of course that's not for 100% sure, but I think it's pretty likely.

They only sell the DDR500 2GB memories(UCCC) in taiwan.

Those DDR500 2GB memories(infineon&micron) are only sold in europe now.

I was going to place an order for 3 2gb kits but I cant because the "secure code" registration service isn't available at my bank's website
