P5WD2 Premium utilizing 2 DIMMs problem

My board won't post with 2 sticks in the RAM slots. either stick works just fine by itself, but the board won't even post once i add in the 2nd stick in any of the other slots. I'm running the 0704 beta BIOS. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Thanks

Yes, i've used nearly every configuration possible. Yellows, yellow and black, switched them around, tested individually in different slots, tried turning them upside down and forcing them in..... (just kidding). I'll flash to the 0519 now.
