masni, your SP1 time seems a bit slow. With 2.95ghz (295x10) with 2.5-3-3-5 TCCD I get 27.7 seconds in 1M.
Odd thing though, is that all my ram (TCCD and UTT) hates tight TRC.. TRC hs to be at 12 or above. Usually 14.. But everyone else I see runs it at 7-9..
about my sp1m time, trcd 3 is a important factor, 2.5-3-3-x is much faster than 2.5-4-3-x...or maybe you have opteron or san diego with 1mb cache - this is also a important factor...generaly, cpu with 1mb cache calculates SP faster than cpu with 512kb cache...(venice vs. san diego)...Originally Posted by MaxxxRacer
i didn't notice this about TRC, i always use 7, only when i push my memory over 310htt, then i put 12, 14 or higher...your case is a bit odd...

I,m pretty sure we can reach DRR700 1M
for the people who are interested, here are the timings.
CPC=1
Tcl=2.5
Trcd=4
Tras=7
Trp=4
Trc=7
TrFc=14
Trrd=2

i will be very impressed if you can do that, as i played with my geil one (0519) the other night, and at similar timings i was reaching similar speeds, 330-335 1M stable.Originally Posted by Hugo van Dijk

1T depents on the mobo and the cpu, not the memoryOriginally Posted by targ
and hugo i still didn't recieved a pm from Jan
Damn i wish i can mod the Mach1 to mach2GT asap to cool that cpu a bit,
cold memcontroller is also good for the memory
