your 03 score sucks. Doesn't look like Crossfire was running right.

    wow, these are cheap

I'll be getting one of them later I think, unless I rather pick up a x850xt.

Btw damian, your x600xt scores are as good as dead I need a bit more cpu speed and I can break 140 in car high, just got testing again. 2800mhz is a decent step up, now to get DX8 out and running.
In short, both AMD and NVIDIA discovered that their next-generation graphics cards are superior to each others' last-generation graphics cards.

A single x1600xt hits about 5k in 05 alone at stock, in CF 8700 in 05. In 03 alone they hit about 9k. x1600pro dont seem so great, maybe they oc real well? hopefully.

with x1600xt at about $20-$30 more i have no idea why you would not go with that

not fair, i ordered mine before you and still didnt get em

looks not that promising... and im not sure that its gddr2, those chips look like gddr3 to me
never seen any rectangular gddr2 chips, only gddr3
but maybe samsung now has gddr2 in the same new rectangular package so they can use the same pcb for 1600xt and 1600pro?

cf is not working for that 03 score man... no way... thats what xbitlabs got as stock for a single 1600xt with a 2.4ghz a64, but still...
and 05 doesnt look that good either :/
    with 2.4ghz a64 a single card! should score 5.2k in 2k5...

    that 03 score looks horrable
and 05 doesnt look that good either :/
you have to remember saaya he is running cpu @ stock, and yes, that is GDDR2, see how it is rectangular? GDDR3 is perfectly Square.

with higher clocked cpu and x1600xt's (GDDR3) X-fired i am hoping you will achieve no less than 9k 05.

    you can do it

    Edit: i agree with 03 scores, I beat that with my X700PRO @ 450/540

gddr3 isnt square, the chips on the 1600xt have the same shape and its gddr3! 1800xt 1800xl 7800gtx 512mb also have rectangular chips and its gddr3...

althes, try some single card action and see what they score on their own.
if those are really the crossfire scores i will send my 1600pros right back when they arrive and wont even open the box lol

Trust me Sayaa, with all do respect that is not GDDR3.

easiest way to be sure is have althes read us the marking on the chips
