Can't Run PC5000 OCZ RAM in DFI EXPERT

I got a replacement DFI board today and it runs well with the BH5 I got but now I found I can run over 300FSB using this board.

My previous non-expert unit would only go up to 285Mhz under pahse cooling (never tried air).

I have tried all 3 BIOS (11/02, 11/17 and 11/25) and all four DIMM slots all of which give the beep salute when I install a stick of this beautiful ram.

I believe it is TCCD or TCC5 modules used in this rare ram and now I really want to push the bandwidth on my new board.

Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix or BIOS for TCC/TCC5 ram?

    Cheers

    Mav

    Hello Mav,

Tony posted some settings here for the Expert and TCCx:

Have you tried clearing the CMOS...then inserting the PC5000 sticks?

Cheers for the info and linky

The biggest problem is getting it to post so I can add the settings to my ram - looking at the specs big tony has put in there it's not exactly performance orientated - but like he states its a start, if I only I could start I know the ram is working fine as I have had it runnign in other boards okay.

Use different RAM to post and set BIOS to settings the OCZ will boot with. You using the far orange slot?
