    I buy from newegg. The 1GB Ram is so cheap. 1 pair are only 143US.

    Hmmm...I had a pair of HS that did 2.5-3-3-6 DDR490 @ ~2.7V....

    Yeah, but these are like the cheapest sticks evar

    My guess is CE-6 because of the G.Skill label.

    no guys, its neither samsung nor infineon. ic's from andreyang's pics are not similar to samsung and especially infineon.

    My bet is low-binned HX. Didn't meet timings good enough for the HX product. Frequency is unbinned so you can end up with sticks that go high.

    What happens if you crack down on the timings at 200 MHz?

    edit: the sticks tested here are F1-3200PHU1-1GBNT, but the ones i found are F1-3200PHU2-1GBNT anyone know what the difference is?

    i think g.s technician wrote in the other thread that these can't do cas2 from his experience.

    F1-3200PHU2-1GBNT is 1gb dc kit, that is 2x512mb.

    Wrong density. Even VERY good UCCC won't do this 85% of the time....and this is budget stuff so I doubt it's UCCC. That and last I checked, G.Skill doesn't remark any Samsung ICs.
