    which is the better setting?

    I can do:

    196x11.5 = 2.23Ghz 1.9v

    and

    193x12 = 2.32Ghz @ 1.82v

    not 100% sure the second is stable (still running through torture tests 4 hours later so it's probably stable)

    all things concidered, if both are stable, which is the better setting?

    Looking at it, the 100Mhz increase on clock speed will do you better than 3Mhz of FSB speed.

    This is of course theoretically, only real way is to do some benching and see what comes off tops!
