Ultra X-Connect - blown up - help needed

I have bought this crappy PSU and it blew up.

After inspecting it i noticed that one resistor (R105) which was really messed up:

I removed it and there are soldering holes:


When I measure it using multimeter it gives me 67Ohms. I doubt if it is correct value.

Could somebody provide info about it's resistance for me?
You could measure it or read from color code.

Could you give me some advise how to repair it?

I would guess that the resistor is still ok. When resistors die, they usually turn black and go open circuit (infinite resistance). I can't see what colour the bands are on the resistor. Could you get a better picture or just write what colour each band is?

Edit: It looks like the resistor was from the high voltage side of the PSU, so be careful if you try to replace it
