They both use the same IC, Micron D9GMH.

what type of volts do you guys use to get 3-2-2

It's easy with Fatbodys . Even with 2.2V you can play at 350Mhz & 3-2-2-4 .
If you want to play with 2.6V+ , you can reach 400Mhz 3-2-2-4 .

I got a 2x1GB set of Fatbody D9 for around $500 iirc from Nintek (Crucial PC6400).

Only tested @ 1.8V but they do 690MHz 3-2-2-4 (FSB limitation, crappy Asus N4L :P)




I don't know about their current stock but when I got PC6400's they had Fatbody D9.

Sorry that's actually 2.1V, thought my mobo only supplied 1.8V.

Searched the biggest dutch second hand selling site and kept asking for pics. Those sticks came out of a OEM machine, producing date is 0502, so they are pretty old

They are so nice
Almost every OEM micron which is produced at the very beginning of 2005 seems to be fatty's. I really wanted 2x1GB, but 2x512mb for 60e ain't too shabby

Everything is possible when you give enough vmem and put latency's at 3-3-3-x .
Who needs 3-2-2-x anyway. We need > 1000MHz Cl3!
