What do you think about this:

    Geil 2x512MB 667MHz CL4-4-4-12 1,8 - 1,9 V, GX21GB5300DC
    Corsair 2x512MB 675MHz CL4-4-4-12 XMS2-5400PRO, TWIN2X1024-5400C4PRO (with diagnostic LED's :P)

It's fat D9's? I can buy it cheap

Wintec has also used those 3.7ns chips in their AmpX 5400 sticks.
Thou those chips were older revision (my Corsair sticks have A revision), so there is no guarantee that they will work with tight latencies.

    IluvIntel:

When I said "They can also take voltage up to 2.9V" I didn´t mean that they can stand or work longer periods with voltages that high. I have fed them 2.9V during a VERY shot benching session. The heatspreaders were stripped off and the sticks were cooled by 80mm 8000rpm Delta fan

For 24/7 use I wouldn´t give them more than 2.5V...

When I asked Corsair about the maximum safe voltage for these sticks, they told me that no one really knows how much voltage these sticks really can take. Micron has rated the D9 chips for 1.8V so 62% overvoltage is a bit high

    leejsmith:

D9DCL ain´t "fatbody" so I assume that they won´t like low latencies..

any1 know if new Corsair for example Corsair XMS 512MB PC5400 667MHz are equipped with fatbody D9`s?

BTW what is the max safe voltage on non-fat body D9`s? About 2.3V? 2.5V?

The 991382 is mislabeled on newegg.com. It is actually "Enhanced Performance" EM5300 5-5-5-15:
    http://www.mushkin.com/doc/products/...asp?id=&size=4

It is really confirmed they are fatbody?

The mixed results on newegg suggest that this is value RAM that comes with "random" chips and with random draw of heatspreader or not.

    Nice list,
A little off topic: what are those new chips that are supposed to be even better than the fatbody d9's?
    EDIT: fixed spelling

This list needs to be updated so that people don't order RAM expecting to get fat D9s when some are already gone. I'll try to help out what I can.

    6400PRO (Rev. 3.1) which couldn't even do CL4 with 2.3v
