    Nice list (good compile roon)

    WTF is wrong with GEIL? Does no-one like them or something? They're never listed on any lists and only for sale in one place I have seen so far in the UK.

    they're the S3 of the Mem world ain't they? - but actually good.

    Little question:

    Every Crucial DIMM with the identical part number like mentioned at the first page should have fatbody D9, right? Other Partnumber = other ICs...

    ?!

    Do you mean 'BL2KIT6464AAxxxX'? In that case the answer is no.
    The above states it's a 2x512MB kit of Ballistix modules. Nothing more, nothing less.

    The last digits determine the speed and CAS latency.
    663 = DDR667 CAS3
    804 = DDR800 CAS4
    1005 = DDR1000 CAS5
    etc.

    All this does not mean they contain D9 Fatbody as these ICs are no longer produced and the modules are.
    They used to have Fatbody, but now contain different Micron ICs. Mostly D9GMH (B6-3).

    guys ... I can obtain couple of the above sticks at good price ...

    I noticed that they have shorter pins and I have read that on some mobos you actually can't push the RAM stick all the way into their slots as they wont make a contact.

    whats the story with that? Will these work fine on my Asus P5W DH Deluxe mobo ? cheers
