    barton @ 3.4ghz - outdated platform?

finaly i just had it all together, my lil' lovely xp-m2600+, my moddet kryotech superG 1000 with e.c.t. mach eva, little stronger as an mach 2gt, and last but not least the fitting socket kit...

    first results are...

sorry for bad qualli, i just had paint on my rig

    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=44334

..i had time to save 3 validations of 3.4ghz in row, but not even one reached the hdd's

a few weeks ago i hit the score for the fastest amd 32bit pcmark04 single rig, and i'm goin' to beat up 2 dualcpu systems...

    3. in pcmark04 socket A ORB

new pc04 score, can't publish couse onboard lan hang up...

i still need a high fsb working mobo, my 2. abit didn't surprise and my dfi sucks after complaining as well as bevore - anyone likes to drop one???

i'm still priming for my 24/7 settings, but right, it will be between 3.1 & 3.2ghz,
it seems like 1.9v (real) is enough for 3.1gig prime stable

200mhz to go for suicid wr, dice have to be next

Hey, i'm just wondering, i don't know if you've posted it elsewhere... but what stepping is that? I'm guessing either IQYHA or IQZFA? I have a similar setup, just without the phase change, and i'm trying to figure out the fsb issue as well. So far, i've gotten to 222mhz benchable, but i was shooting more towards 230+, and i know it can be done, i've seen it.

What BIOS are you using as well?

Awesome job... i used to think that ~3.0g was about the ceiling on these things.

    @ciento:

it's IQYHA 0352MPMW obviously the best stepping for xp-m2600+

don't know bios version now, it's custom, i will have a look for you, but i can't reach speedjumps with different one like e.g. tiktak posts all the time

5400 pcmark04 scores will come, i just need to oc my gpu,
and with a new mobo there will be no problems for larger aims

    with fsb255+ i also will dare a a64 competition

I can run superpi at 250 just fine, prime at 245 and all day long gaming at 243mhz fsb. Thats with a Shuttle Barebone. All I did was lapping the NB and put a customized Thermalright NB1-C on it. I bed with a decent mainboard and ram, you coud be much better than my poor Shuttle

But very nice hitting 3.4hgz. I never thought it would be possible to clock the little AXP-m that high
