I magically gained 6MHz at same timings with my sticks.. now at 250 2.5-3-2-6 full 3d. Could be new ae0 ultra-d (previous was ad0), could be I'm using a different cpu, or that the sticks just burned in over the past couple months.. but 251 is a no go no matter what I do. and 255 won't work with cas3, bsod on bootup

I have a 2G set of there HZ that runs 275 1-1 1T 24/7 on an Ultra D. Its 32m pi and Game stable and kicks ass. Very good Ram indeed.
i have recently updated my bios to the latest 04-06 one with the memory and for some reason, my original overclock wasn't as stable as the 06-23 bios. Anyone else got such problem. ON 06-23, I can oc to 220 with stock timing, except cas 2.5, but with 04-06, when I set that setting, the computer boots but sometimes in windows it gets really sluggish. I now only run at 210. is the ram have problem or it's just the bios trouble?
I have not test all the timing and such on new bios so I am not sure how far I can push it.
Hello, i´m from Germany and i become a fine Set of 2GBZX from a RMA Change, sorry for my English, better i post some Pictures hehe...
, sorry for BIG Pictures :-(
There is a new Pack now, see here...
Before i test these Set i read a lot here in this Forum about this, thanks for help !!!
My Set runs FAAAAAST 263,7MHz with 2,67v (Bios 2,6+0,03),
it´s on a DFI nF4 Ultra D Board with Bios N4LD702-2
More i did not test because my AMD X2 3800+ goes max with 2,9GHz...
Here are the Results...
6h Dual prime Stable...
After 6h Dual Prime Test in IDLE Mode...
SuperPI 32m Stable, all others too..., Dual MemTest 6,5h over 3300%...
I´m very Happy with these Sticks, it´s GREAAAT !!!
What for Chips are on this new G.Skill Sticks ?
same as the old one

@first, Hello
Anyone use this kit on a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Rev. 1.0 Bios 1.D?
Need Bios Settings for this Board, because my new Kit runs @ 271MHz (DDR542)/3-3-2-5 1T 2,65V but I get errors after 25% in Memtest for Windows and a Bluescreen - maybe V-Dimm or timings/subtimings?
And how much V-DIMM is secure? In GSKILL.com-Forum (http://gskill.com/gstechforum/viewtopic.php?t=2033) they advise to use up to 2,85V - how much is secure and backed up by G.skill-warranty?
Okay, now I use 260MHz 3-3-2-5 1T, gamestable, 6h BF2 no errors, 3h memtest for windows, no errors

Hello Cpt.Willard,
I run my sticks @ 270MHz with 2.75Volt (2.7V in bios)
They do get really toasty under stress so I recommend using a fan above the memory to keep them cool.
Here is a screenshot of my OC: (clickable)
Still needs a bit of tweaking though but they give quite allot of bandwidth.
Some everest results:
Happy overclocking

Ive got this RAM and i tried it out on my ASUS A8N-E mobo but it set them at DDR333 2-2-2-5 at first so I changed them to DDR400 2-3-2-5 @ 2.6v but under 10mins Prime95 I get errors and my Venice 3200+ is at stock and so if everything else.
After some tweaking I got them to DDR444 2.5-3-2-5 @ 2.6v and its stable. But why is it not stable and stock settings and stock volts?
These are validated to 2.75v I believe, so can I push a bit harder than what I am at the moment? Or will they get a bit hot in my case?
Thanks, my specs are:

If you're gonna push, use a fan.
All along the watchtower the watchmen watch the eternal return.
What fan(s)? I would need a quiet one as my case is really quiet.
Bumpage. Need some help.
Bump
Hello,
I would be very happy about your advice:
There is an error in Prime95:
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
After a websearch I found out the voltage for the CPU was to low - I set it from 1.4v to 1.55v - but the error also occurs.
Then I turned the Command Rate form 1T to 2T - everything is working very well.
But there is great performance loss in Everest: 1000 points difference
I read that this RAM is stable at 240mhz 1T and 3-4-4-10 - but not in my case - why?
Is the RAM voltage to low (2,6v at the moment) - how do I know more voltage is needed and what'S the limit?
This is my hardware

RAM: G.Skill DIMM Kit 2048MB PC3200 DDR CL2-3-2-5 (PC400) (F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX)
the current oc setting - everything is stable (RAM 2,6v 240mhz)
the normal setting - everything is fine
CPU @ 2200Ghz ((HT 5x, Clock: 200*11) at 1,40v (Idle Temp: 42°

THANKS !!!
