The new ipod doesn't surprise me, but nice to see an upgrade to the imac series.

I'm digging the new iMac....new iPod is meh, too wide and the screen is still too small to watch anything (and NO word on video playback battery life!!!)--rather have my nano.
I will have one here in a few days, the Imac 20 inch.
I will pull it apart and take some pics to upload.
2Ghz G5 w/ DDR2 single channel 700Mhz bus
Intel 9990XE @ 5.1Ghz
ASUS Rampage VI Extreme Omega
GTX 2080 ti Galax Hall of Fame
64GB Galax Hall of Fame
Intel Optane
Platimax 1245W
Intel 3175X
Asus Dominus Extreme
GRX 1080ti Galax Hall of Fame
96GB Patriot Steel
Intel Optane 900P RAID
Wouldn't that be 2.1GHz? Anyway, any OCing planned?!
I wonder if the G5 has cold bug...
vapor, have you had any screen problems? I heard they are really easy to scratch. I'll be getting one soon, I just can't decide which one.Originally Posted by Vapor

Not a single problem....of course I've been conscious to not put it in the same pocket as my keys
I also have a nano (the black one) and if you make a conscious effort to try to protect the screen it will be ok, apple said it is the same material that they used on the Gen4 ipod so i dont know why people are conplaining.
i find it interesting that the ipod video is about the same price as the old ipods, i was expecting prices to be ALOT higher
