    yes but who in their right mind has a loop with less that (2/3)GPM flow rate? i'd say if you have a system that is this restrictive you need to rethink your watercooling altogether rather than just change your pump. the point i'm stating is that at less than .75GPM you just need to take some blocks out and forget switching pumps.

    EDIT: let me clarify a little... the reason i suggested the 50Z at first was because i didn't know the flow rate was that bad. Razor6 over at procooling posted a graph showing that the 50Z isn't even on par with the MCP655:

    There is nothing "bad" about the flowrate of the 50z, its perfectly adequate for most people with a storm ..

    But in most cases the 655 is a litte better.

    oh ... and if you READ the graphs you dont need much more than 1.5gpm with a storm, which is fairly easily acheived.
    Although you guys think that the storm is a "high flow, high restriction" block , its just not .. its pretty damned good at all flowrates.
