can you at least tell me if a PSU has a sense wire is it moddable or there can be exceptions?
Can you see any sense wire on the ATX connector? (it should look like a thinner wire connected to the other thicker 3.3v wires). If it has a sense wire, it should be fine to just to the sense wire mod to increase the 3.3v rail
