From that pic it's impossible to tell what chips it has. Could be even Black Level I/II.

This can actually be BH-5... I'm not 100% sure about that, though

maybe 99% sure

Some Mushkin PC3200 990902 seem to be BH-5, some are Samsung TCB3.
