OCZ PC4000 EB Platinum.....Initial Testing

How do i drop the voltage bellow 2.6 in the Ultra-D:P so i can test them with 2.5v

To get things stable i need to suply 2.8v to these babies :P

well i'm not complaining, 260 3-3-2-8, only if my CPU was able to get above 2.6Ghz

My kit does 285 3-3-2-8 with no problems, CPU won't :|

The Ultra D doesn't offer a 2.5v option as I recall and the board itself seems to require more voltage to get memory stable. 2.8v is not a problem and I wouldn't worry about running those settings.

Well i might change my Ultra-D for a CFX3200...... do you recomend this change?

the dual x16 PCI-E (not going to do SLI but....)
3 PCI
better chipset?(don't have certain about this one)
better with 2gig kits.

don't know if i should trade.

I haven't used that board myself. I honestly don't think you will see much performance difference. I would wait and change you platform to Intel maybe? Next AMD?

spent 10€ and got an Expert :Pcan anyone recomend a bios for this board? i think i will go for the bigToe's 704-2bt for the expert since this one held the best result with my memory kit.
