    Can I solder a power connector in x800XL ATi BBA?

    That's it, I would like to know if it is possible to be done...

    If you check the points where the power connector should be and you get 5/12v at the pins, it should be ok to just solder on a connector, but its (very) likely that there will be other components missing on the card, so it won't be as easy as just adding the connector to the card.

    shi t, that board sux I can't passs 466Mhz even w/ incresead voltage and low temps...

    Thats why I sold mine for an x800pro! I keep seeing that, for whatever reason the x800xl's even on high voltages refuse to clock.
