    Holy FX57 0528 GPMW

This is definitely AMD FX fans don't wanna miss!!
"Personally" , this 0528GPMW is the best AMD CPU I have ever owned.
I start wondering if GPMW batc of AMD CPU are all like that good.

    Why I say that excellent?
    Let's see some numbers.

First of all, let's see this cpu first:
new gskill ff not bad huh?

Now, let 's do the ("FX stock heatsink" for cooling) test!

    CPU Vcore all by default:

Due to I need to watch MLB ball game, so only test super pi 1m, 8m, and 16m.
    All set here:

** I believe that even my 0516wpmw has NO WAY to do this under just stock heatsink.

    So how about better cooling?
Let's see it under TT Sonic Tower!

Same thing, run for super pi mod 1.4 for 1m, 8m, and 16m
    **please watch the cpu temp!!

** during the runing of 16m, cpu temp only 42c loaded, idle is 33c.

ok, then hw about prime 95 sp2004 version; Large in-place FFTs?

** and 3100mhz any good? 1.424v, see the DDR 622 timings?
    What a great Memory controller.

** Don't miss this 0528 GPMW if you are hunting one.

    Nice !!

I'm playing with my FX57 right now too !

the Sonic tower is pretty awsome air solution from what I've seen. Do you plan on putting it under water or vapor ? (silly question knowing you ! )

    Hey buddy,
let's talk about more efficient way without waste extra money. That's why I usually gain some extra than others.
you won't believe how easy is.
A 90mm fan, a thread, couple washers and fasteners; just use one hole from the corner of your mobo. That will take care of your PWM and RAM area.
As my experience, this at least can get 3~5 mhz and see whenever my system loaded, pwm ic will NEVER hoter than 45c.

OPB....I do that too... Got me 8MHz out of my 4800LA at 2.5-3-3-0 (up to 307MHz now) at 2.75V.

Close up of the fan over the RAM:

Whole case...two fans blowing onto the board, two onto the graphics card (top one is a sucking top whole angled at the GPU) and one to pull it all out....PWMIC stays chilly (I once saw 46C after two hours of Gaming with encoding the background....A/C was on low too ), RAM stays chilly (and 8MHz faster under max stress):

Sorry everyone about the craptastic IQ.

You do have to admit that you do have more access to test and pick RAM than we do though
