First test 3d01 FX-57 VAPO LS

yesterday we was testing the new FX-57 0528GPMW. We were able to bench up to 3570mhz vapo display show -43, and CPU was at -7. Damn this chip runs hot. It was only at 1.58v and got pretty hot. it also seems that this cpu do not respond to anything over 1.6v. more than that just makes it unstable.

Here is a compare link.....screenies will follow soon. This run was only 14x252 1.5-2-2-5 3.3v, course we did not have good ram availeble yesterday

    X850XTPE watercooled at 700/650 1.6v

More will come soon with 13x275 and more gfx speed.for sure this gfx have potential. we are planning a vapo on gfx for next bench

Very nice! What Clocks do you think you will be able to bench with on the GFX? Because watercooled and thoose speeds are quite good

Will be happy to see you play wiith vapo on gfx !
    GL on better scores!

Great job SIOUX, I think FX57 needs a bit more bad-ass cooling, consider getting the LS modded by rod & myth.. (I dont know if theres much to gain in performance) - but seen some FX57's doing 3,8-3,9ghz benchable ! - But cascade cooled, but man - seems like they need some,.... Kick ass cooling...

The GFX is watercooled by low temp water - But that speed rocks !!
*waterchilled, but with a large res = no subzero, but close to 0?*

Thumbs up - and keep up the good work m8

we got the card too 720/657 with water at 19degrees (normal wc) 1.65v, so i think with water at 0 degrees and some more volts it will go 740/657 or so But just a guess. this card do 645/657 on stock volts

4# The gfx was not with chilled water, but normal watercooling to reach 700/650 We got the card to bench at 720/657 watertemp at 19 degrees 1.65v. We mostly just tested the FX yesterday...

Thanks KIngpIn... We will try dice on the cpu for sure, and hope to get some good clocks on gfx

I could be wrong but I don't think more volts will help you with that BIOS temp, can't hurt to try tho.

    Awsome card

Nice speed. You should slap a triple phase cascade on that sucker...
BTW, that GPU core clocks is jaw-dropping.
