MCW30 and Core2Duo mobos..does it fit with the Intel Hardware brackets?

I am considering cooling my chipset with MCW30....I looked at swiftech website..the Intel brackety hardware looks kinda crude?

    http://www.swiftnets.com/products/mc...#compatibility

Anyone know how this fits on the new Core2duo mobos???

Hi nealh, I "used to" have MCW30 on P5W-DH but change to stock heat pipe with fan blowing at the chipset. My problem's P5W-DH has 2 hooks while I think MCW30 works best with 4 hooks. When I used only 2 hooks, it's not quite firm and when I checked,it didn't make good contact with the chipset. That's my experience.

Same exact results here, but I'm just a n00b.

DD 865/875/975 chipsets use the 2 mounts will give 10LBS of force holding it down, each chip is 5LBS force!
