    Memtest passing;Spi,OCCT and Prime95 fail.Why?

I have Patriot XBLK PC3200 2*512 dual kit memory.First,i ran Memtest to test stability of modules.I ran Memtest at 266FSB;3-4-4-8;1T;2.93V with 310 official BIOS and it gave 151 errors.Than i tried 3.03V and passed Memtest, but it should pass at 2.95V max. After that i tried 618-1;702-1 modded BIOSes and 623-3(last official BIOS);at 290FSB;2,5-4-4-6;1T;2.93V and passed each test of Memtest for five times, than i ran test8 for more than 10times and test5 for more than 20 times;without an error.I concluded that there was no problem in modules. After Memtest i ran Prime95 it crashed just in a while;i ran OCCT and it crashed in 2-3minutes;ran SuperPi and it also failed in a few seconds.I am sure that my CPU and mainboard is stable, because i tested them at same settings and values,no problem...I tested memories separetely again in Memtest, again no errors;both of them passed Memtest many times seperately.I tested SuperPi,OCCT,Prime but for this time seperately. One stick completed these tests, but the other stick caused errors while testing them.I tried different combinations of CPU,memory, motherboard;only the system fails -while running SuperPi,OCCT,Prime95- is that which my memories were ran.I think one of the sticks is faulty, but as i said each stick passes Memtest. It is confusing and complicated i think.I am looking forward to your comments and suggestions...

    Firstly - please use paragraphing

Secondly - memtest stable does not mean windows stable

Could be a problem with the memory controller Maybe your processor just won't go any higher.

    Thanks for replies...
I tried with 2 different CPUs;for my Winnie 3200+;i tried multiplier 8,9,10.For example i tried at 260*10;266*8 etc;and i am sure it is stable at 2500mhz at 1.45Vcore;2600 at 1.55Vcore and i supplied.I tested my CPU with another 1GB kit XBLK at same settings and voltage.CPU is not the cause.
There was a fan on modules while testing, they were not warm. So,i think it is not related with heat.
As you said,i think one stick is faulty.

IMO, memtest means NOTHING....all it can be used for is RMA justification.

Don't use memtest if you're aiming for Windows stability, use Windows if you're aiming for Windows stability.

Actually, from now on,as modules are not stable at Windows at quaranteed values(one of the sticks causes errors),i am thinking on justification. They are stable both in dual channel and seperately at Memtest;but at Windows because of the one stick crash. So,i need justification.Because of this it is complicated.
