    Does Thermalrigtht V1 fix with X700 PCI-Ex

    I gonna buy a new cooler to replace my crappy stock cooler for my MSI X700Pro , so anyone knows does the V1 fix ?? Thx

    The official site says X700 PCI-e No and AGP No but you can check using http://thermalright.com/a_images/%20v1/v1_dimention.jpg

    FYI The word is "fit" not fix.

    @ fatfreepork : I took a look at this VM101 , but it is passive cooling , i think the V-1 do better

    So i have just odered the V1 , thx for you guys 's answer

    Maybe some of on the DFI want to use a PCI soundcard and that thing will take all the damn slots? Also it's a hastle to do the mod and that heatsink costs the same as the V-1?

    finally , i decided to change the V1 to the Zalman VF700 Cu , and the Zalman is great , temp full load of my X700P never goes over 50'C

    X700Pro is a very low-power compared to, say a X850XT PE. In the review, the V-1 was able to cool it to 53C with two fans. That's over double the heat..
