    DI direct on die will cause any problem?

    i am planning to put DI on top of die. CPU without IHS.
    my friend say it will dam the CPU cuz the temp is too low or something like that!!

    any one had exp on DI direct on die?

    What do you think :P if every one uses copper containers, why would direct di be better? just as example

    or do you mean, just without the ihs and with a container?

    yea sry for my bad english

    i mean without the ihs and put DI container direct on the cpu die

    will dam the die (other than crash the die)
