If you are stable at those speeds, you are doing very well. If you want to change settings please see this thread:

Post #3 is for your setup.

The settings I gave you are good for hammer also. Hammer CPU's will not run the aggressive settings listed, so stay on the "loose" side of things. The first numbers you see listed are the "safe" settinings you need. 3's instead of 2's and 2 instead of 1's help stabilty.

Sorry, I should have been more clear.

    hi
i finished about 3 hours ago the tests and i have to say

my mem bandwidth in memtest went up from 2750mbs to 3084

at first i was dumb and apllyed all the setiings in one time

a ton of errors in test 2,,, test 6...
then i did the proper way
one seting at the time and running a few loops of memtest
u r right when u talk about more loose timings
the 3 and 2 are best for my hammer
a got it running with 648 of....i cant remenber but works 4 me

i didnt run intensive benchmark cause my pos vga makes me crazy

but in everest o got 35,1ns latency
and sandra showed me 7380 of mem bandwidth

    so your help was crucial

    thnxs again
