i think i burned this ram whit nearly 5v
İts 256mb Sd ram...
i dont think that memory modules are burned... i think something else is burned.. for example the Tİming Chips
Could anyone help me ?
İ could buy a new ram but
ist hard to find a sd ram which works 150mhz 2-2-2-5

if you can buy new ram, skip that and buy a new system.
