    Windows shows 512Mbs when i have 4x256Mbs ?!?

Anyone have 4 stick of 256Mbs can have a test ?

I have 4 sticks 256Mbs ( single side off course ) but Windows shows just only 512Mbs ( in My Computer - Propertise )
    But CPU-Z shows 1Gbs

    Also , memtest86 shows 512Mbs too

    So i'm confused now

My P3 does that also, I have 2x256 and 1 128. Properties says 512, but everything else (even memtest) says 630. I just ignore it.

If your bios is only showing 512mb then thats all that is being registered.

I would try to reseat your memory in the Dimms, also the L2 are BH5 and the Adata is ?? I don't know. But you need to also manually set every timing in bios and not rely on the SPD timings with different unmatched ram.

Ok, this is what DFI sent me when I asked why my board wasn't working (different board & issue, but maybe it will help. Turn your comp off, take all the mem out, and do the DFI "Official" way of clearing the cmos. Maybe that will solve your problem.
