I think the 2.2 is the KT333 chipset.

Try to set it to the default multiplier/voltage/133 and reboot. If that doesn't work clear cmos.

Where does it die during the boot process?

Reseat the Hdd's. Power and IDE. I know it's basic but my soon to be linux machine does that from time to time. And the easiest thing is usually the most overlooked.

i really doubt it was teh HD, running at 150 is not a prob. i get that BOOT DISK FAILURE from time to time and it also does not see HD. I just unpulg power connector from mobo and then take CMOS battery out and clear CMOS with jumper, also turn the PS off. It gives it no way to save info if the battery is out and the board is disconnected, then take out HD power and IDE and then plug it all back in and boot up.

    ALWAYS works for me.
