Shut up. Don't talk like that in my thread. Ballistix are the best 2GB sticks you can buy, and a lot of us have had nothing but great luck with them. Besides, the newer batches have been problem free and hit 300 on lower volts.

yesterday evening i have made other tests and.....
I have found a new good setting with low voltage,best times and results on 3dmark05 (290*9sinc 3/3/3/7 fast 1.6v/2.8 voltages) !!
Just possible ill put it here....

I own the ballistix, and they are great- when they work. I am on my 3rd set and am still needing an RMA. Crucial is screwing me over stating that I will have to settle for 2Gb of PC3200 instead. I get to call them again today to at them.

I figured it out.. If you get the timings from MSN, the ballistix will not die....Yeah thats it yeah yeah..

2GB OCZ PC4000 EL @ 290x10. Note here its borderline stable. I was overheating about the tenth round. But I have a special window AC for benchmarking. Turned it on and it ran just fine. Did not help for 295Mhz but thats not really processor stable (core2) so it might not be the memory. Also I did not try 2T. More testing when the phase change for the CPU gets here. Deadly combination of phase change and AC unit for the rest of the PC

2.5v in BIOS with +0.03 enabled. Shows 2.54v. 3-4-3-8-1T
