    Talking 5Ghz EE + G70

    P5WD2 Premium
    Intel P4 3.73EE ES
    Corsair 5400UL 3-2-2-4
    OCZ 600ADJ PSU
    Vapochill LS, Chilly1 modded.
AC into the case cooling VC.

    527/1240

One card is bolted to water cooling, it did not go so good for me. Crashed many times and didnt pass tests at air known good speeds.

Broke in the G70's tonight and here are my first results. I will be running SLI tomorrow.

Nice scores but, how come the CPU test is at "N/A", that's someting I've always been curious as to why it happens? Well, I know it happens when the CPU is overclocked but I overclocked my CPU to 4.0GHZ and I got a score of 5939, I've seen crap load of "N/A" at ORB's site. What's up with that?

BTW, I was going to get the P5WD2 and the same Corsair DDR2 675 CAS 3 (Can hit DDR1000) but ever since the release of the 955X the 1GB kit has gone up to $310 from $244 that it cost before the release. Now I'll wait.

Impressive scores.. SLI on the P5WD2 or some NF4-board? I read somewhere that nV would license SLI to other chipset makers..

Looks like the P5wd2, it has DDR2. The board comes with the SLI connector so it was planned to hopefully get SLI owrking sometime with that board, but also the newest drivers are not going to need the bridge.

Holy smoke 5GHZ that's insane man nice overclock!

If u want a cpu test there's a game called rome total war which is very cpu limited. I've seen people have 35k+ units on the screen and the lagging is all due to cpu. I usually get about 1-2 fps with 35k+ units at once. I'd really be interested in seeing what kind of fps you'd get with your system.

HHHmmmm.........is there a way to bypass the CPU test while benchmarking 3DMark 05? some kind of "key" to hit and just get the score?

hit escape before the cpu-tests start or you can become a pro user for some cash (don't know how much) and then you can choose wich tests you want to run

You had mentioned running SLi next, but everywhere i've read the bios update hasn't been released for SLi on the P5WD2 Prem. Any idea of a way to make it work?

your 2005 score is rather low for the clocks, but your 2003 score is suprisingly high...

maybe you have some potential at a big score on the ORB, with them GTX's in SLI with 5+ ghz on the CPU in 2003

Didnt Shamino run a P4 @ like 6ghz for 3d or something?? Maybe with a 6800 and got 18k in 3d? Not sure. Looks good fugger. When are we gonna see some 6+ghz runs?? Put that 670 in there and take some WR's.

I wonder why you don't go higher on that cpu clock.. I have done some tests on this earlier, and there is suprisingly small differences between running 4--2-2-4-2 and the samt timings wiht a Cas of 3... Maybe a higher ram clock, as well as a higher cpu clock will elevate your intitial scores.. I will also be benching 3d mark tomorrw, @5,8ghz with a real clock willing 7800GTX on DI...
But I will be focusing on 3dmark 01 for starters..

    Nice results
    Cool things in progress...
