Yes that modules we've got are engineering samples for testing purpose and there will be retail packages also.

    http://www.ocfaq.com/article.php/overclocking/63

so 2-2-2-5 is not as good as 2-2-2-6???

"tRAS is unique in that lowering it will not always increase performance this document from mushkin outlines how tRAS should be a sum of tRCD, CAS, and 2. At values lower than that theory would dictate a drop in performance, and at values higher an unnecessary wait will be introduced. For example, if you are using a tRCD of 3, and a CAS of 2 on your RAM, then you should set tRAS to 7. Read the mushkin article under the header ?What is tRAS and why is it backwards and important at the same time?? for a more detailed explanation of tRAS, complete with an excellent analogy."

    any comments??
I see some using tras of zero with decent results now at high htt.

Seems to be some good TCCD though. Versatile to say the least (this is the same stuff that can also do CAS 1.5 at DDR400, right?).

Yes they also do cl1.5-2-2-5 @ddr400.... Btw .. If they are going to cost around 270$us they are still cheaper as the OCZ PC5000...

Geil Ultra-X used to be TCCD until they switched to UTT around Feb of this year.
