    I need to buy a dual core, which OC's the best?

    will be phase cooled, which dual core is my best bet...? Cost not really an issue.....

    X2 3800+ scale pretty high but its 2x512 cache. This is the budget X2 :P

    Personally I would get atleast a X2 4400+ its 2x1mb L2 cache but I spent a lot on my computers others look to save money.

    As for X2 steppings im not the right person to ask never played with them
