How and when can I access the "stuff for sale thread"?

This has been asked and answered many times. Just a quick look around and it brings up these...

As said in all of those threads it becomes available at 100 posts. However, sometimes it can take the forums database a few hours or more to re-assign your access into seeing them.
Other times an XS Staffer may have thought you may have spammed a bit much and have set it to where you may have to be around a bit longer before you can have access. Odds are, its the first reason though.
