    Clean Voltage UPS

Hello, I live in an old part of my city, and live in a constant power sag, like 105v range, so im looking for a UPS to just stabalize the incoming power to my computer, battery backup really isnt a big issue, i just definetly want the cleanest power coming in as I can
My budget is about $150 TOPS So If we could keep it around there, or below that'd be golden

    Thanks guys

Available brands I have to choose from seem to be, APC, belkin, and cyberpower

I searched and didn't really find out much, other than APC seems to be the most high quality UPS, but which one for my price range etc? I'm not product bias on this one either so, best bang for the buck :P

    thanks again

You'll get the best bang for buck on ebay. I'm not too sure how much they're going for atm, but the price will be reasonable. Ideally, for the system in your sig, an APC SMART-UPS ~800VA should be ideal.

The smart-ups provide active voltage regulation, while the back-ups are just a battery backup once the power shuts down right?

I recently picked up a smart-ups 1400 for $50 bucks off some guy. It's able to power my phase change and rig (w/ 7000W zippy). I know it will hold for at least a few minutes, but don't plan on pulling the plug on it to test it.
